Books Purchased Through Amazon or Other Retailers

If you purchased a Author Felicia Fayette Barnes book through Amazon or another authorized retailer, your order is subject to that retailer's return and refund policies. Please contact the retailer directly for assistance with returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Products Purchased Through the Author Felicia Fayette Barnes Store

For eligible products purchased directly from our Shopify store, return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, when applicable.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Digital downloads
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Opened or used items that cannot be resold as new

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and, if possible, photos of the item and packaging so we can review your request and work toward a prompt resolution.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Return Shipping

Unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
